Local Tax Receipts

Registration of Abandoned and Foreclosed Property

To register or renew your registration of an abandoned or foreclosed property. This allows online registration and allows payment of the registration fee online. Please note that any mortgagee who holds a mortgage on any real properties located within the city, whether its vacant or occupied, shall register with the City’s code compliance division.

Registration of Abandoned and Foreclosed PropertyApplicants will need to submit the information requested in this form along with the initial $250 Registration Fee in order to have the Registration Application processed. Incomplete forms will not be processed and may result in a violation to city code if you fail to register the property.

Vacation Rentals

The following applications are now available online from the Vacation Rental Compliance division.

Apply for or manage your Vacation Rental certificate of registrationAny single, two, three, and four-family dwelling unit within Residential Single and Multi-Family Zoning Districts citywide requires a vacation rental certificate of registration to advertise or operate as a vacation rental. A separate certificate of registration is required for each vacation rental. The registration requirements DO NOT apply to owner occupied vacation rentals, condominiums, cooperatives, or properties rented for 30 consecutive days or more. The minimum stay for all vacation rentals in the City limits is 7 full days and 7 full nights.
