Please submit the plan on a relevant survey. An older survey is sufficient if it is relevant and includes all the details which are currently on the property. The fence line needs to be clearly highlighted showing all gates, in addition to the direction of swing of the gates. The fence placement is within the boundaries of the property line.
A diagram of the fence configuration needs to be included along with the dimensions, and the material used needs to be specified. maximum height of fence is 6ft 6in.
Please indicate the location of any trees which are within 10ft of the construction area.

I have reviewed the 2 permits submitted at this address. I will not be able to approve the permits as submitted. The permits will need to be submitted by the actual owner as shown on the property appraisers’ website. The C/O designation does not appear on the website. The property is in and AE Flood zone and is non-conforming with regards to flood elevation so I will need complete FEMA Documents found on the City of Sarasota website. Even though you are doing the work yourself there is a requirement to use normal market rates for labor. Provide all window and door product approvals and the installation instructions. Provide a complete existing and proposed floor plans showing the kitchen and the location of the window and doors to be replaced. Once this is completed, I will be able to complete the reviews.
